Torn Paper Wreath

This torn paper wreath is another festive craft that we did at stay and play, as it is really easy to set up, simple enough for toddlers to do and perfect for developing fine motor skills!

Materials for torn paper wreath:

  • Paper plate
  • Green paper, torn into small pieces
  • Red paper, cut into small circles
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • Ribbon for hanging (optional)

Instructions:

  • Carefully cut out the middle of the paper plate, leaving just the outer rim

  • Put a layer of glue all round the rim

  • Stick on the torn bits of green paper, covering as much of the white as possible

  • Stick the red circles on for berries at random points around the wreath
