What should you wear when you’re going for a jog?

Regular exercise boosts your mood and mental activity. It is actually important for us to spare at least 30 minutes in a day for a good work out. Each one of us is fit in a different way, and as you know, I really like to run. It gets me out into the fresh air and is great for socialising too.

Running has helped to keep me in shape as well as fit, over the years and I make sure that I take out some time regularly for a good run!

Wearing the right clothes while running is important too. If you are comfortable you are in your running clothes, you will enjoy your run, and stay out for longer. Not to just forget that if you put on your cute and funky neon coloured running clothes, which makes you feel confident about yourself, you are likely to take a round or two more!

The right shoes: If you are planning to take up running regularly make sure you get the right pair of trainers first. After all, if your feet are not comfortable, you will not get far. Good running shoes provide good support and allow your feet to breathe naturally.

Tops: Sweatshirts are the best for jogging or any form of workout. If you are going to be jogging when it’s slightly chillier, layers are the answer. For warmer days, vest tops are good, on slightly cooler days a short-sleeved t-shirt is a better option.

Bottoms: Shorts, sweat legging, or joggers. Go for well-fitted ones, wearing very loose pants while running is not much of an option. Sweat pants are the best choice for running or any form of work out…

Whether you are looking forward to shedding some kilos or improving on your cardiovascular fitness, there are a number of health benefits when it comes to running or jogging. Once you are done for the day take some time off to relax yourselves and your muscles. Drink some juice and some mediation. You could also indulge in some online games such as bingo or poker.
