PoundToy Toys for £1 | Review & Giveaway

People are starting to mumble about Christmas (yes guys, it will be here before you know it!), and whilst we don’t do stocking fillers, the little gifts on the website are absolutely perfect. There’s all sort of things on there – from cars to Christmas decorations, puzzles to games. We decided that it was a good opportunity to stock up our ‘present cupboard’ for all the birthday parties the kids get invited to and to pop into the collection box at church, who then donate gifts to women’s refuges and to local families who might need a little help, especially as Christmas begins to loom its head.

For £50, I was more than able to fill the cupboard up, with a few gifts thrown in for Harrison, Alex, and Benjamin! Not every single item on the website is £1, but as you can see, I got a really great selection.

I wasn’t expecting fantastic quality, but I was really pleasantly surprised – branded items such as playdoh and Graphix kits were in the original packaging, and the other non-branded stuff was great. I went for a couple of science kits for the boys for Christmas, a few mugs for kids to decorate, a lego-style kit, dominoes, magic kits, bubbles, a few plasticine kits and some character toothbrushes and toothpaste.

The website was really easy to use and had some great categories and filters. I liked being able to go to the most popular department and then filtering by price from low to high. This worked well and helped me find the most toys for my money.
