I had to double check that date when typing it because it really feels like it should be about mid-February. The weather isn’t helping matters either – it still feels like the middle of winter most days. I am loving these lighter nights though and fingers crossed, the weather will start picking up soon.
Tomorrow, I’m starting a to week meal replacement diet with Shake That Weight – I put on about 4 stone last weekend eating my own (very large!) body weight in pasta, crisps and pouring prosecco down my throat. Breakfast and lunch will be one of their shakes/bars/meals, and then a small, healthy meal on the evening. I’m looking forward to trying out the shakes and the meals, because they actually look quite nice!
